The first stage is every candidate must fill out application and nurse skills checklist.
All Nurse Contractors must produce:
· Completed application form
· License or Certificate of nursing
· Full Identification – Presents;
§ Social security
§ Driver’s license
§ Background checks are verified.
· Certificates of appropriate training and qualifications including;
§ Basic life support (CPR)
· Immunization up to date – TB and Hepatitis immunization.
· Contact telephone number
· References are checked
· Details of insurance held
All our nurses must wear ID badge and uniform on duty and Registered nurses are advised to carry their PIN card with them at all times.
